DESCRIPTION:Tournament Description\n\n\n\nRound Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Final age brackets will be determined following the close of registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50-59\, 60-69\, 70+ for doubles events. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating (PBR) as our determinant\n• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating\n• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill\, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically\n\nOutdoor Skill/Age tournament on up to 8 permanent pickleball courts\n\nUsing the Selkirk Pro S1 ball\nPickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n\nPayment is required to register – Early registration $45 + $15/event through Jun 15. Standard registration $60 + $15/event through Sept 10. Age breaks close to under 50\, over 50 for singles events)\n\nFriday – Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles (both mini-singles and full-court options)\nSaturday – Mixed Doubles\nSunday – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles (both mini-singles and full-court options)\n\nFormat:\nALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2\nMost Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams\, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.\nTop 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15.
