DESCRIPTION:Tournament Description\n\n\n\nRound Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50-59\, & 60+ events. TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.\n\nRegister: https://pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/2025-mt-shasta-pickleball-tournament-by-pig\n\nPlayers will self-rate and can not play lower than their Pickleball Brackets rating (PBR) or DUPR. Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.\n\nIf you note a player playing lower than their skill rating\, please use the contact tourney button above to let the tournament director know.\n\nUsing the Selkirk Pro S1 ball\n\nPickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime\n\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n\nOutdoor Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface\nPartner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist\n\nPayment is required to register (payment is per person) – $50 early registration + $15/event through 2/28\nBeginning Mar 1\, registration will be $60 + $15/event\nAfter deadline\, registration increases to $70 + $15/event\nDeadline – May 14th\n\nFriday – Senior Men’s & Women’s Doubles (50+ events)\nSaturday – Mixed Doubles\nSunday – Men’s & Women’s Doubles (no age events)\n\nFormat:\nALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2\nMost Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams\, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.\nTop 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15.
