DESCRIPTION:Tournament Description\n\n\nRound Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50-59\, & 60+ events.\n\nRegister: https://pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/2025-penguin-pickleball-party-at-west-hills-racquet-and-fitness-club-by-pig\n\nPayment is required to register – Early registration $45 + $15/event through Sept 30. Standard registration $60 + $15/event through Dec 10. After registration closes (beginning Dec 12)\, late registration will be $75 + $15/event.\n\nPartner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist\n\n12/19 Friday – Women’s Doubles\n12/20 Saturday – Mixed Doubles\n12/21 Sunday – Men’s Doubles\n\nFREE HOT CHOCOLATE\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nDUPR required for all players – be sure your player profile is up to date…\nYou may not play below your DUPR rating\n\nEach player is responsible to register and pay\n\nIndoor play on up to 10 temporary courts on a tennis surface\n\nFormat:\nALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2\nMost Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams\, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.\nTop 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.\nTD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.\n\nBrackets with 4 or more teams could take 4-5 hours to complete\, please plan accordingly\n\nScores cannot be adjusted after you’ve left the property.
