Do not register below your public skill level as audits will be conducted and the TD may move you to the appropriate division without notice.\n\n\nRegister: https://pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/2025-san-diego-senior-games\n\n\nAll players MUST complete the online waiver form for SDSG through the link below.\n\nFor those who are on the list of needing partner(s)\, you MUST find a partner by Monday\, August 4\, 2025 and your partner MUST complete the registration including payment by August 4\, 2025. After that date\, you will be pushed to the waiting list.\n\nNo USAP membership is required\n\nSan Diego Senior Games (SDSG) Pickleball Tournament is returning to Melba Bishop Recreation Center on August 21-24\, 2025.\n\nThis is a Non-Qualifying year for the National Senior Tournament\n\nAll players will be notified by text messages about their court assignments. Please ensure that your profile is updated with the current cell phone and “Opt-In” for text is checked. You are responsible for reporting to the match on time.\n\nAll events will be round robin pool play with medal round or as specified by tournament director. START TIME FOR ALL EVENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 8/15.\n\nThursday 8/21/25 – not rally scoring\nMen’s Singles Age/Skill Groups\nWomen’s Singles Age/Skill Groups\n\nFriday\, 8/22/2025\nWomen’s Doubles Skill/Age Groups\n\nSaturday\, 8/23/2025\nMixed Doubles Skill/Age Groups\n\nSunday\, 8/24/2025\nMen’s Doubles Skill/Age Groups\n\nFree T-shirt to those who complete (& pay) their registration by 7/21/2025!\n\nVisit the San Diego Senior Games website for more information about other sports at https://www.sdseniorgames.org/\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nALL PLAYERS MUST READ – PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY​\nWhat does it mean to be registered?\n* Player in a doubles event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees within 14 days of the first player.\nYou or your team could be moved to the waitlist:\n* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid within the 14 day window\n\nALL ROUND ROBIN WITH PLAYOFFS OF THE TOP TEAMS\n**Tournament Format Details**\n4 & 5 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 15 win by 2\n6 & 7 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 11 win by 2\nAll lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2 (for example: top four teams\, 1 vs 4 & 2 v 3 (first round of playoffs are called the “lead-in matches”)\n\nBronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2\n\nGold Matches are the players choice of 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 OR 1 to 15 win by 2\n\nTournament Director reserves the option to combine events as needed if events do not fill. If events are combined\, awards will be based on the original event and not the combined event. Registration may stop at anytime once the daily population capacity has been hit.\n\nSanctioning/Rules: This is a non-sanctioned tournament and will follow Official USA Pickleball rules.\n\nEquipment standards:\nIt is the players responsibility to confirm their paddles in on the approved USA Pickleball equipment list\n\nRegistration Fees: $75 per person until 7/31.\nLate Registration Fees: $95 per person 8/1 on\n\nEvent fees: $15 per event per person (when signing up with a partner\, he/she will have 14 days to complete the registration otherwise the team will be moved to waitlist).\n\nPickleball Brackets will collect $5 per event per person with the maximum of $10 per person. For example\, if you play 3 events\, you will pay $10 for pickleball brackets fees. THIS FEES IS MANDATED BY PICKLEBALL BRACKETS.\n\nThe tournament is using Stripe.com as a third party service to collect registration fees.\n\nOn the day of event\, please arrive early to complete the SDSG waiver form at the registration tables. MINIMUM 30 Minutes before the posted start time.\n\nWe reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.\n\n\n\n\nRefund Policy\n\n\nFor all Refund inquiries and questions\, please email pickleballisgreat@gmail.com.\n\nRefund Policy\nCANCELLATION DEADLINE – July 31\, 2025\, 11:59 Pacific Standard Time.\n\nWithdrawals BEFORE August 1\, 2025 will receive a full refund minus nan admin fee of $15\n\nWithdrawals AFTER August 1\, 2025 will receive NO refund.
