Please ensure that your profile is updated with the current cell phone and “Opt-In” for text is checked. You are responsible for reporting to the match on time.\n\nAll events will be round robin pool play with medal round or as specified by tournament director. START TIME FOR ALL EVENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 5/21.\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nEvents:\n\nALL PLAYERS MUST READ – PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY​\nWhat does it mean to be registered?\n* Player in a doubles event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees within 14 days of the first player.\nYou or your team could be moved to the waitlist:\n* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid within the 14 day window\n\nALL ROUND ROBIN WITH PLAYOFFS OF THE TOP TEAMS\n**Tournament Format Details**\n4 & 5 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 15 win by 2\n6 & 7 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 11 win by 2\nAll lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2 (for example: top four teams\, 1 vs 4 & 2 v 3 (first round of playoffs are called the “lead-in matches”)\n\nBronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2\n\nGold Matches are the players choice of 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 OR 1 to 15 win by 2\n\nTournament Director reserves the option to combine events as needed if events do not fill. If events are combined\, awards will be based on the original event and not the combined event. Registration may stop at any time once the daily population capacity has been hit.\n\nSanctioning/Rules: This is a non-sanctioned tournament and will follow Official USA Pickleball rules.\n\nEquipment standards:\nIt is the players responsibility to confirm their paddles in on the approved USA Pickleball equipment list\n\nEarly Registration Fees: $35 per person until 3/31/26.\nRegistration Fees: $50 per person until 4/30/26.\nLate Registration Fees: $75 per person 5/21/26\n\nEvent fees: $25 for singles events and $15 per doubles event per person (when signing up with a partner\, he/she will have 14 days to complete the registration otherwise the team will be moved to waitlist).\n\nPickleball Brackets will collect $5 per player.
