DESCRIPTION:Tournament Description\n\n\n\nMS I’mpossible’s mission is to raise awareness and funds to provide resources and financial assistance to young adults living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to help them navigate their diagnosis and pursue a life full of possibilities. Learn about our team fundraising competition and consider making a donation online – https://bit.ly/msimpossible\n\nRegister: https://pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/2nd-annual-pickle-palooza-for-ms-managed-by-pig\n\nFirst and foremost\, our tournament is a fun Round Robin format to give you lots of games.\n\nSkill levels for gender-neutral teams (partner with either gender).\nRecreational Play (2.5/3.0) – geared toward first time players and newer to pickleball\nIntermediate/Advanced Play (3.5 and Above) – geared toward more experienced players and those with strong racquet skills\n\nSpecific events of similar skills to be determined following the close of registration. The Tournament Director may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.\n\nThe tournament is indoors on a hardwood gym floor.\n\nThe fee to play is $65/player through April 30 and goes up to $75/player on May 1. You will be moved to the waitlist if your partner hasn’t registered and paid within 7 days.\n\nAll events will be played on Sunday\, June 8\, 2025\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n\n***Very Important – Ratings:\n• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view\, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating (PBR) as our determinant\n• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating\n• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill\, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill.
