DESCRIPTION:Tournament Description\n\n\nRound Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50-59\, & 60+ events. \nRegister: https://pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/2nd-annual-tillamook-cowbell-classic\n\nSelf rating will be used for registration. Scores will not be reported to DUPR\n\n***Ratings:\n• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view\, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate\n• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating\n• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill\, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically\n\nIndoor play on up to 4 temporary courts on a tennis surface\n\nUsing the Franklin X40 Ball\nPickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nPayment is required to register – Early registration $50-includes 1 event through April 30. Standard registration $70-includes 1 event through June 10.\n\nPartner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist\n(Final age breaks based on registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50+\, 70+)\n\nFriday – Women’s Doubles\nSaturday – Mixed Doubles\nSunday – Men’s Doubles\n\nFormat:\nALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2\nMost Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams\, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.\nTop 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15.
