All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating (PBR) as our determinant\n• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating\n• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill\, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically\n\nOutdoor Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface\n\nUsing the Franklin X-40 ball\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\n\nEach player is responsible to register and pay –\nRegistration – $75 (includes 1st event) / $25 for 2nd event through Aug 15.\nBeginning Aug 16\, registration will be $85 (includes 1st event) / $25 for each additional event.\nDeadline – Sept 10\n\nOptional hat for purchase $15\n\nThursday evening – drop-in play and social event\nFriday – Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles (full court) / Gender-Neutral Doubles 1st time tournament event (morning) / Kid’s Social Doubles\, ages 11-17 (afternoon)\nSaturday – Mixed Doubles\nSunday – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles (full court)\n\nSocial gender-neutral doubles event for first time tournament players on Friday (morning) Sept 19. Check out the tournament through the eyes of this fun\, social event geared for skill level 3.0 and under. You may NOT also enter the WD/MD or singles events if you choose to play in this gender-neutral doubles event. You may only choose to add the Saturday mixed event.\n\nYouth gender-neutral doubles event for ages 11-17 on Friday (afternoon) Sept 19. Partner with your friend and challenge other kids in a fun competition event. You may NOT also enter the WD/MD or singles events if you choose to play in this gender-neutral doubles event. You may only choose to add the Saturday mixed event.\n\nFormat:\nALL Round Robin games/matches are win by 2.\nMost Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event.
