DESCRIPTION:Description\nThe tenth annual Picklefest brought to you by the Lake Havasu City Pickleball Association (LHCPBA) (A registered 501(c)7 non-profit dedicated to the enjoyment and growth of Pickleball.) \nAll divisions will be a Round Robin format WITH playoffs \n2/23 Friday = Women’s Doubles plus Men’s Mini Singles2/24 Saturday = Mixed Doubles2/25 Sunday = Men’s Doubles plus Women’s Mini Singles \nThis is a Skill/Age tournament Skills (3.0 to 4.5+) / Age groups (12-49\, 50 to 64\, & 65+) \nPlayers will self rate and can not play lower than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR)Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players. \nDUPR will not be used for this tournament. \n\n\nAdditional Information\nThis is a fundraiser tournament for the Lake Havasu City Pickleball Association (LHCPBA) as a registered 501(c)7 non-profit dedicated to the enjoyment and growth of Pickleball in Lake Havasu City area \nPayment is required to register – Early registration $55 + $15/event through Jan 31. Standard registration $65 + $15/event through Feb 10. \nFormat:ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams\, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15. \nThe Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the format of play.Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings) \nReferees are only “Volunteer” \n\n\nRefund Policy\nRefunds will have a $10 fee before the end of registration February 10\, 2024 \nIf any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund \nWe reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.

Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players. \nIndoor play (Skill/Age) on up to 15 temporary courts on a tennis surface \nUsing the Selkirk Pro S1 Ball\nPickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime \n\n\nAdditional Information\nEarly registration $40 + $15/event through Jan 14. Standard registration $55 + $15/event through Jan 15.
