Please be prepared. \nAUGUST 7\, 2024 – WOODEN PADDLE TOURNAMENT\, SENIORS MIXED DOUBLES 60+ & 70+\nPlay pickleball like it was originally played. Participants get a limited edition wooden paddle. The wood paddle will be in the afternoon after the Senior Mixed Doubles events. \nAUGUST 8\, 2024 – SENIORS MEN’S & WOMEN’S DOUBLES 60+ & 70+\nAUGUST 9\, 2024 – WOMEN’S DOUBLES 8-49 & 50+\nAUGUST 10\, 2024 – MIXED DOUBLES 8-49 & 50+\nAUGUST 11\, 2024 – MEN’S DOUBLES 8-49 & 50+ \nBainbridge Island\, WA is the birthplace of Pickleball ! \n\n\nAdditional Information\nFormat\nThis is a skill/age tournament.\nThis tournament will be all round-robin with a shootout of the top THREE or FOUR teams (to be determined by time/number of players within the event) for gold\, silver\, & bronze medals (for a non-pool event). Winning teams are determined by: \n1. Round-robin win/loss record\n2. If two teams tied\, head-to-head with those teams involved\n3. If three or more teams tied\, point differential of all games played. \nIf an event has 8 or more teams\, the event may be divided into two pools with the top two teams from each pool taking part within the shootout. \nThe top team from Pool 1 will play second team from Pool 2 and the top team from Pool 2 will play second team from Pool 1. The winning teams will play each other for gold/silver.
