DESCRIPTION:Tournament Description\n\n\nRound Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-5.0. Final age brackets will be determined following the close of registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50+ events.\n\nRegister: https://pickleballtournaments.com/tournaments/2025-wsc-dominate-the-dome-by-pig\n\nNumber of total matches will be determined by number of players in the event. This may change up to the time of play as “life” happens to players and facility requests may be made. Players are guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.\n\nRatings:\n• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view\, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating as our determinant\n• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating\n• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill\, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically\n\nIndoor Skill/Age tournament on up to 8 temporary pickleball courts\n\nMust use only paddles approved by USA Pickleball – https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/\n\nUsing the Franklin X40 ball\nPickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Information\n\n\nPayment is required to register – Registration $80 + $15/event through Aug 15. Beginning Aug 16\, late registration will be $90 + $15/event.\n\nPartner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist\n(Final age breaks based on registration\, but will strive to be close to under 50\, 50+)\n\nFriday – Women’s Doubles\nSaturday – Mixed Doubles\nSunday – Men’s Doubles\n\nFormat:\nALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2\nMost Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams\, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.\nTop 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15.
