Save the Date (Labor Day Weekend Aug 31 – Sept 2, 2024)

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Adding 50+ events for two skill events, (3.5 and Under) and (4.0+)

3.0 – 4.0 skill divisions each will have an 12-team capacity

4.5/5.0+ combined skill division with a 12-team capacity as 2 groups of 6 teams, will have a 6 team playoff (as will all events with 12 teams).

Players will self rate and cannot play lower than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

Payment is required to register – Early registration $65 + $15/event through May 31. Standard registration $70 + $15/event beginning June 1

Players will have 7 days to secure a partner before being moved to the waitlist.

Saturday, Aug 31 – Women’s Doubles
Sunday, Sept 1 – Mixed Doubles
Monday, Sept 2 – Men’s Doubles

Format:
ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2
Round Robin formats will be as follows:
4.5/5.0+ combined skill division with a 12-team capacity as 2 groups of 6 teams
All Gold Medal matches will be 2 out of 3 games to 11…unless both teams agree to play a single game to 15.
TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.
Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

VERY IMPORTANT – PLAYER RATINGS:
This tournament does NOT use the UTPR or DUPR ratings, but rather the skill level that each player maintains in PickleballBrackets.com profile. It is the player’s responsibility to update it quarterly if there are any changes to match the UTPR listed on USAPA.ORG.

Refund Policy

$10 admin fee for every withdrawal up until the close of registration

Any refund after that will be a 50% maximum refund

Up to 50% refund for weather related issues
