Welcome to the 1st Annual Labor Day Tournament @ the beautiful Kapalua Gardens.

This is another Pickleball Is Great Managed Tournament that will be All Round Robin WITH Playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze Medals.

Event Schedule:

8/30/24 Friday Men’s Doubles
8/31/24 Saturday Mixed Doubles
9/1/24 Sunday Women’s Doubles
9/2/24 MAKE-UP MONDAY – If any events are impacted by weather all will be made up MONDAY

Tournament fees :
Early Registration ends 5/31/24 = $60 + EVENT FEES
Registration ends 7/31/24 = $80 + EVENT FEES
Late Registration ends 8/21/24 = $100 + EVENT FEES
VERY LATE REGISTRATION STARTS 8/22/24 = $125 + EVENT FEES

***if you do not have a partner in 14 days, you will move to the waitlist – when you find a partner, we can move you back into the draw…

We are using self ratings, not DUPR, or the USAPA Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). (Please do NOT register below your published UTPR – we will move you up automatically)

Additional Information

ALL ROUND ROBIN WITH PLAYOFFS OF THE TOP TEAMS (usually 4 teams)

4 & 5 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 15 win by 2
6 & 7 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 11 win by 2
All lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2
Bronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2
Gold Matches are the players choice of 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 OR 1 to 15 win by 2

Refund Policy

All refunds will have a $15 fee before the end of registration August 21, 2024

Any refund after that will be 50% of the fees paid.

If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime
