Tournament fees :

Early Registration SEPTEMBER = $35 + EVENT FEES

Registration OCTOBER = $45+ EVENT FEES

Late Registration NOVEMBER = $55 + EVENT FEES

***if you do not have a partner in 14 days, you will move to the waitlist – when you find a partner, we can move you back into the draw…

Doubles events are $15 each

Singles events are $25 each

4 & 5 & 6 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 15 win by 2

7 & 8 & 9 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 11 win by 2

All lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2

Bronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2

Gold Matches are the players choice of 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 OR 1 to 15 win by 2

50+ events format is Age/Skill

The “Under 50” Format is Skill/Age

Referees:

Interested in giving back by serving as a referee? Don’t forget that you can also earn up to 1000 Perk Points/day (100 points/refereed match). These points would be in addition to referee pay. Referee pay is $10/match to a maximum of $100/day and the number of referees needed per day is dependent on the number of players/events per day. If interested please go to the “Click to Referee” button and sign up for available shifts.

Refund Policy

All refunds will have a $15 fee before the end of registration Jan 1, 2025

Any refund after that will be 50% of the fees paid.

If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund
