No membership in any association is required for registration.

This tournament is US Senior Pickleball approved.

To join USSP, go to USSeniorpickleball.com, only $20 per year. Multi-year payment discounts available.

USSP members will receive a $10 discount off the registration fee and are eligible for points and prizes. Go to the USSP website listed above for more information on the points system. Your membership number must be linked in your pickleballbrackets.com profile to receive the discount at time of registration.

Location:

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+.

Final age brackets will be determined following the close of registration.

Schedule of Events:

1/9/26 Friday = USSP Men’s and Women’s Singles – 12pm start, All Ages Men’s and Women’s Singles 6pm start

1/10/26 Saturday = Women’s Doubles, Men’s Doubles – USSP & All Ages – Start Times will be posted on JAN 5th.

1/11/26 Sunday = Mixed Doubles – USSP & All Ages – Start Times will be posted on JAN 5TH. Sat and Sun Start Times begin at 9am

Each player must Check-in is 30 minutes prior to each event each day.

Divisions Offered for Women’s, Men’s & Mixed: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 & Above

Payment is required to register themself (both players pay)

Registration, thru December 15th, 2025, $45+ ($15/event).

Late Registration December 16 to December 31st, 2025 $55+ ($15/event).

Partner must register within 14 days or be moved to the wait-list.

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7-9 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2. 10+ teams -multiple pools

Top 3-4 teams advance to the playoff if only a 1 pool bracket (All matches are 1 to 15). Top 2 teams advance to the playoffs for multiple pool brackets.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play. USSP 50+ will not be combined with the all ages. 50+ players can choose to play either USSP 50+ or All Ages. USSP qualified players can play 1 event USSP, then play all ages other events if they so choose.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

All refunds have a $15 admin fee. Refunds are issued 7 to 10 days after the requests.

After December 31st refund request will be reviewed for a 50%
