Schedule planned:
May 22 – Open/Pro Women’s Doubles / Women’s Doubles / Coed Singles (any gender combination)
May 23 – Open/Pro Mixed Doubles / Mixed Doubles
May 24 – Open/Pro Coed Doubles (any gender combination) / Women’s Singles
Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist
Age breaks based on registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50-64, 65+
Skills: 3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5+/Open (money division)
Format: ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2
Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2. Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15. (Open will be 2/3 to 11win by 2)
Number of total round-robin matches will be determined by number of players in the event. This may change up to the time of play as “life” happens to players and facility requests may be made. Players are guaranteed a minimum of 3 round-robin matches.

Event fees:
Open/Pro events – $60
Amateur events – $15/doubles events & $20/singles events
Open/Pro Events – Payout based on the number of teams registered (minimum of 4 teams). Will offer to merge into 4.5+ events and refund difference between Open/Pro & Amateur Events if minimum of 4 teams is not met
TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.
Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)
Indoor Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface
Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime
Brackets with 4 or more teams could take 4-5 hours to complete, please plan accordingly
Using the Franklin X-40 ball
Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime
There is a daily player limit that may cause registration to stop with no notice for an event or the whole day.
Refund Policy
$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals
Any refund request after 5/13/26 will have a 50% max
If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be up to a 50% refund
Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
Prize Money
