Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.0+. Age brackets to be determined by registration but similar to (under 50, 50-59, & 60+). TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Players will self rate and cannot play lower than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

Outdoor Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface. If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund

Payment is required to register – Early registration flat rate of $50 (includes up to 2 events) through June 15. Standard registration $60 begins June 16

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist
(Age breaks based on registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50+, 60+)

Friday, Aug 16 – Women’s Doubles
Saturday, Aug 17 – Mixed Doubles
Sunday, Aug 18 – Men’s Doubles

Format:
ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2
Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.
Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.

Refund Policy

$10 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

If any event is cancelled due to weather, there will be up to a 50% refund

Deadline is 8/7/24 for any refund requests
