Welcome to the 3rd Annual Spring Club Challenge!

This will not be a USAP Sanctioned tournament – No membership is required to participate

All paddles must be USAP sanctioned tournament approved.

The match format will be Round Robin, either 2 out of 3 games to 11 or 1 game to 15. The actual match format will be based on bracket size, followed by Playoffs for the top teams.

The start times for each day are as follows:

Friday 2pm: Men’s singles, Women’s singles

Saturday 9am: Women’s doubles,

Saturday after 11am: Men’s doubles

Sunday 9am: Mixed doubles

There will be a free lunch provided on Saturday to all Players.

** Please make sure your partner registers as well and is paid within 14 days of you registering.

Registration Dates:

Early Registration is $35 (plus $15 per event) from 1/15/2025 thru 2/15/2025.

Normal Registration is $45 (plus $15 per event) from 2/16/2025 thru 3/31/2025.

Late Registration is $55 (plus $15 per event) from 4/1/2025 thru 4/27/2025.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player. If you do not have a rating and are self rating, please advise the tournament directors. Tournament directors will have final say in self-rating. Players will self-rate and cannot play lower than their DUPR Rating.

The tournament directors reserve the right to combine or split brackets as necessary.

No refunds for withdrawal will be issued after April 15th, 2025.

Withdrawals before April 15th, will receive a refund of registration fee minus a $10 fee.

The PB service fee will not be refunded.

In case of inclement weather resulting in cancellations of events, no refunds will be offered. We will make every reasonable effort to play all brackets in case of inclement weather, some brackets may have a shortened format.

Prize Money for All 4.5+ Divisions. Total Prize Money and Payout TBD.
