Description

Fun Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver for skills 3.0-4.5+. Medals awarded to only Gold and Silver. Age brackets to be determined by registration but similar to (under 50, 50-64, & 65 or even a 75+). TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Players will self rate and cannot play lower than their USA Pickleball Tournament Player Rating (UTPR). Players may only play up in skill .5 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

Payment is required to register – Early registration $55 + $15/event through Nov 30. Standard registration $65 + $15/event through Jan 3. After registration closes (beginning Jan 4), late registration will be $75 + $15/event.

Free T-shirt included (men’s and women’s sizing)

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist. (Age breaks based on registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50+, 60+)
Saturday – Men’s & Women’s Doubles
Sunday – Mixed Doubles
Monday – Singles (full-court)

Indoor Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface.

Format:
ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver. All games/matches are win by 2
Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.
Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15.
TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.
Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

Scores will not automatically be reported to DUPR.

1/8/24 – I’m beginning to receive questions from players about the possible light snow forecast for this weekend. I just sent out an email to all players letting everyone know how I will be communicating. I will be posting here with time/date noted and will also be sending out an email to players. Please make sure your partner is aware of any updates and I look forward to seeing you this weekend.

Refund Policy

$10 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals
No refunds after close of registration

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be up to a 50% refund
