Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+.
Final age brackets will be determined following the close of registration.

Players will self rate and cannot play lower than their PB Brakets Tournament Player Rating (PBR). Players may only play up in skill 1.0 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

Payment is required to register – Early registration $50 + ($15/event doubles) / ($20/event singles) through July 15th, 2024. Standard registration $65 + ($15/event doubles) / ($20/event singles) through Aug 24th, 2024. Any registration after Aug 24th, 2024 will be $75 + ($15/event doubles)
/ ($20/event singles).

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the wait-list.

(Age breaks based on registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50+, 60+)

Saturday – Women’s Doubles, Men’s Singles
Sunday – Mixed Doubles
Monday – Men’s Doubles, Women’s Singles

Format:
ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2
Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.
Top 3 teams advance to the playoff If only a 1 pool bracket ( All matches are 1 to 15 ). Top 2 teams advance to the playoffs for multiple pool brackets.
TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.
Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

Refund Policy

All refunds will have a $15 Admin fee before the end of registration Aug 24th, 2024.

No refunds after close of registration.

If an event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund.

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.
