The eleventh annual Picklefest brought to you by the Lake Havasu City Pickleball Association (LHCPBA) (A registered 501(c)7 non-profit dedicated to the enjoyment and growth of Pickleball.)

All divisions will be a Round Robin format WITH playoffs

2/28 Friday = Women’s Doubles plus Men’s Mini Singles

3/1 Saturday = Mixed Doubles

3/2 Sunday = Men’s Doubles plus Women’s Mini Singles

This is a Skill/Age tournament Skills (3.0 to 4.5+) / Age groups (12-49, 50 to 64, & 65+)

Players cannot play lower than their DUPR or self-rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

DUPR will be used for this tournament.

This is a fundraiser tournament for the Lake Havasu City Pickleball Association (LHCPBA) as a registered 501(c)7 non-profit dedicated to the enjoyment and growth of Pickleball in Lake Havasu City area

Payment is required to register – per player

2024 = $65 (includes 1 doubles event) additional doubles event $15

2025 = $80 (Includes 1 doubles event) additional doubles event $15

All mini singles event fees are $30 each

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Mini Singles events will be 1 to 11 win by 2 with more than 5 players

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the format of play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

Referees are only “Volunteer”

Refunds will have a $15 fee before the end of registration February 15, 2025

If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund

We reserve the right to refuse service at anytime.
