Early Registration ends January 30th $60 per player + $15 per event

Registration February & March is $75 per player + $15 per event

Late Registration April is $90 per player + $15 per event

The Pickleballtournaments.com fee is non refundable – $5 per event plus $0.25 for texting

No Membership in any association is required for registration.

Registration may close suddenly due to capacity limits of 15 pickleball courts.

Beginner – under 3.49999

Intermediate – 3.5 to 3.99999

Advanced – 4.0 and above

Age Divisions:

50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+

You are eligible to play if you will be 50 on or before Dec 31, 2026

Registration is not complete until BOTH players have logged in & paid.

If no partner is linked and paid within 14 days, the player is moved to the waitlist.

All players will need to utilize their mobile device for text notifications – Bring a friend/coach/family member to assist you so that you never miss a game if necessary.

This is a Senior focused tournament – we use AGE / SKILL as the NSGA requires. (This means age is the first priority and skill is secondary. Please ask if you do not understand)

Players will utilize their self rating so that each player has complete control of their rating. The Tournament Director reserves the right to utilize DUPR data move players into the appropriate Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced levels. Please utilize the yellow “contact” button to ask questions. Reviews of player ratings will be each month with all final movements done by 5/15 to publish an accurate schedule for players and volunteers

All refunds will have a $15 admin fee up until 4/30/26

5/1/26 and on, only 50% will be refunded

If there is a cancellation due to weather up to 50% of the fees will be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.
