Divisions Offered:

We are excited to offer a range of divisions to cater to players of varying age groups and skill levels:

Skill Levels: (3.49 & Under), (3.5-3.99), (4.0-4.49) (4.5+)

Age Groups: Flex Age Splits after the close of registration, Will strive for (Under 50) & (50+)

Playing Divisions: Women’s Doubles / Men’s Doubles / Mixed Doubles

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+.

Final flex age brackets will be determined following the close of registration.

Medals to top three placers in each division

Players will Self Rate and cannot play lower than their DUPR Rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

Using the Franklin X-40 Pickleball

All paddles must be UPA-A or USA Pickleball tournament approved.

12 Outdoor Courts. 5 match Guarantee

Registration Cost:

Early Registration (Aug 23- Nov 8th) = $55 (1 event included)

Registration (Nov 9th & Later) = $70 (1 event included)

Additional Event is $15

(Age breaks based on registration, will use flex ages to create best playable brackets)

Saturday – Women’s Doubles – Men’s Doubles – Start times begin at 9:00am, actual start times based on registration signups.

Sunday – Mixed Doubles – Start times begin at 9:00am, actual start times based on registration signups.

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2.

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event.

Top 3-4 teams advance to the playoff if only a 1 pool bracket – Top 2 teams advance to the playoffs for multiple pool brackets.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

All refunds will have a $10 Admin fee before the end of registration Nov 29th, 2026. No refund of the Pickleball tournaments service fee.

No refunds after close of registration.

If an event is cancelled due to weather, there will be up to a 50% refund.

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
