Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-5.0.

Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to (5-19, 20-39, 40-59, 60+) events.

Early registration $25+ event fees all month of AUGUST & SEPTEMBER

$20 per player for Doubles Events – Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

$35 for Single Events

7 & 8 teams in Pool/Round Robin – games are 1 to 11 win by 2

All lead in games (to the playoffs) are 1 to 15 win by 2

Bronze Matches 1 to 15 win by 2

Gold Matches are the players choice of 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2 OR 1 to 15 win by 2

There is a daily player limit that may cause registration to stop with no notice for an event or the whole day.

All refunds have a $15 admin fee

All refund requests after 2/01/2026 will be 50% at most.

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be up to a 50% refund

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
