Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 2.5-5.0+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 35, 35-49, 50-59, & 60+ events.

Each player is required to register /pay separately. Players will have a $5/event non-refundable software fee ($10 max) charged at registration

Indoor play on up to 16 temporary courts on a tennis surface

Early Registration $45 + $20/event through Aug 31

Standard Registration $60+ $20/event Sept 1 – Nov 30

Late Registration $75 + $20/event beginning Dec 1

$20 per event fee. Payment is required to register – Prices will increase as we approach the event.

Bracket Formats

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

No refunds after close of registration

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be up to a 50% refund

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
