Fun Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets to be determined by registration but similar to (under 50, 50+). TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Payment is required to register – Early registration $45 + event fees through July 31st. Standard registration $55 + event fees through August 31st. Final registration $65 + event fees starting September 1st

Each player is required to register /pay separately. Players will have a $5/event non-refundable software fee ($10 max) charged at registration

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

Friday – Women’s Singles (full court)/ Men’s Singles (full court)

Saturday – Mixed Doubles

Sunday – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Doubles

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface.

Registration may close at any time if daily or tournament numbers are met. Even if specific events do not meet their max.

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals. NO refunds after registration closes – 10/14/26

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be up to a 50% refund

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
