Save the Date (Labor Day Weekend Sept 5-7, 2026)

Serve up hope this holiday weekend!  Join us in beautiful Walla Walla for a 3-day tournament where fun meets philanthropy. All net profits go directly to the Walla Walla Rescue Mission, Christian Aid Center (CAC) restoring lives in the Walla Walla Valley, sheltering and feeding needy men, women, and children; and the Lillie Rice Center providing employment and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

* DUPR required. Scores reported to DUPR following the tournament.

* Players will have 6 days to secure a partner before being moved to the waitlist.

* Player capacity is limited (12 teams per event), and registration will automatically close once the maximum number is reached.

Payment is required to register – $40 early reg (1st month) and $50 standard reg +

$20/event.

Saturday, Sept 5 – Men’s Doubles

Sunday, Sept 6 – Mixed Doubles

Monday, Sept 7 – Women’s Doubles

The tournament reserves the right to adjust player or team placement if participants are registered in a division that does not accurately reflect their skill level.

To secure your spot in Mixed Doubles or Men’s/Women’s Doubles, both partners must register within 6 days of the first partner signing up. If not, the team may be moved to the waitlist—either after the 6-day window or when registration closes, whichever comes first.

If the second partner registers later and there are still openings in both the tournament and the event, the team will be moved back into the bracket.

Please note:

The tournament will follow a round robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0 – 4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 50 & 60+ events, with a minimum of 4 games guaranteed. Top teams will advance to the playoffs.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

$20 admin fee for every withdrawal up until the close of registration.

Service fees are not refundable

Any refund after that will be a 50% maximum refund

Up to 50% refund for weather related issues
