This tournament is sanctioned by USA Pickleball.

Register in November for $25 + event fees (each player)

Register in December/January for $45 + event fees (each player)

Register in February for $60 + event fees (each player)

Doubles event fee (Amateur) is $20 each

Singles event fee (Amateur) is $30 each-Full Court

DUPR required for all players – be sure your player profile is up to date…

You may not play below your DUPR rating. Scores will be reported to DUPR

Indoor play on up to 9 temporary courts on a tennis surface

It is the player’s responsibility to know if their paddle is on the Approved Equipment List: https://equipment.usapickleball.org/

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets for amateur events will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50-59, & 60+ events.

Prize money events. These events are geared toward the 4.0+ player. Minimum of 4 teams for payout. ALL DUPR scores reported for the prize money.

Payment is required to register – Early registration (November) $25 + $20/event. Standard registration (December/January) $45 + $20/event. Late registration (February) will be $60 + $20/event.

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

If players are caught using incorrect/multiple DUPR accounts the tournament director has the right to move players to correct brackets or terminate their registration without a refund.

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

No refunds after close of registration

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be up to a 50% refund

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
