Save the Date for the 6th Annual Turkey Shoot (Nov 20-22)

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50-59, & 60+ events.

Number of total matches will be determined by number of players in the event. This may change up to the time of play as “life” happens to players and facility requests may be made. Players are guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.

DUPR account required to be linked with your pickleballtournaments.com profile. Scores reported to DUPR following the tournament. (NO DUPR REPORTED FOR SCRAMBLE EVENT ONLY)

You may not play below your DUPR rating

Indoor play on up to 10 temporary courts on a tennis surface

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime

Using the X-40 ball

Each player is responsible to register and pay

Payment is required to register – Early registration $45 + $15/event through Sept 15. Standard registration $60 + $15/event through Nov 11. After registration closes (beginning Nov 12), late registration will be $75 + $15/event.

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

Friday – Women’s Singles / Men’s Singles (Full court singles), Coed 65+ Scramble

Saturday – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Doubles

Sunday – Mixed Doubles

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

No refunds after close of registration

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances there will be up to a 50% refund

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
