Save the Date (July 24-26) for South Sound Pickleball Club’s first tournament!

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50-64, & 65+ events.

DUPR required for all players – be sure your player profile is up to date…

You may not play below your DUPR rating. Scores will be reported to DUPR

If you note a player playing lower than their skill rating, please use the contact tourney button above to let the tournament director know.

Payment is required to register – Early registration $65 (includes first event) through Apr 30, then moves to $75 (includes first event). Second event $10

Each player is required to register /pay separately. Players will have a $5/event non-refundable software fee ($10 max) charged at registration

Friday – Senior Men’s & Women’s Doubles (50+ events)

Saturday – Men’s & Women’s Doubles (no aged events)

Sunday – Mixed Doubles

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Skill/Age tournament on tennis surface.

Registration may close at any time if daily or tournament numbers are met. Even if specific events do not meet their max.

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

Refund deadline is 7/15/26. Any refund requests after the deadline will be considered case-by-case

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
