USSP Senior events are a Age/Skill format (5 year breaks) – no membership is required, but if you have your USSP membership number in your profile, you will get a $10 rebate/discount.

Registration Starts

Early Registration (Aug) = $45 + event fees

Registration (September) = $60 + event fees

All Events are $15 each

Players are responsible to register/pay separately.

Players will utilize “USSP” rating from their player profile for USSP events / DUPR required

Friday, Sept 26 – Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles

Saturday, Sept 27 – Mixed Doubles

Sunday, Sept 28 – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches may be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

Scores cannot be adjusted after you’ve left the property. Players are responsible to monitor texts with reported match scores and to notify the tournament director immediately if there is an error.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

CANCELLATION DEADLINE: 9/15/25

If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE above, you will be issued a refund (with a $20 processing fee deducted). Refunds will be issued at the conclusion of the tournament.

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
