Fun Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets to be determined by registration. TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

***Ratings:

• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating (PBR) as our determinant

• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating

• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically

Using the X-40 ball

Payment is required to register – Early registration $45 + $15/event through Mar 15. Standard registration $60 + $15/event through May 29. Beginning May 29, late registration will be $75 + $15/event.

Age/Skill Events

Friday 6/6/25 – Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles (full-court)

Saturday 6/7/25 – Mixed Doubles

Sunday 6/8/25 – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles (full court)

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the waitlist

(Age breaks based on registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50+, 60+)

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

PIG reserves the right to refuse service

Tournament Director reserves the right to change format as needed.

Refunds will have a $10 fee before the end of registration May 28, 2025

All weather related cancellations will have up to a 50% refund.
