Round Robin format WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Final age brackets will be determined following the close of registration.

***Ratings:

• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will also be using your previous tournament rating (PBR) as our determinant

• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating

• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically

Each player is responsible to register and pay –

Registration – $75 (includes 1st event) / $25 for 2nd event through Aug 15.

Beginning Aug 16, registration will be $85 (includes 1st event) / $25 for each additional event.

Deadline – Sept 10

Optional hat for purchase $15

Thursday evening – drop-in play and social event

Friday – Women’s Doubles / Men’s Singles (full court) / Gender-Neutral Doubles 1st time tournament event (morning) / Kid’s Social Doubles, ages 11-17 (afternoon)

Saturday – Mixed Doubles

Sunday – Men’s Doubles / Women’s Singles (full court)

Social gender-neutral doubles event for first time tournament players on Friday (morning) Sept 19. Check out the tournament through the eyes of this fun, social event geared for skill level 3.0 and under. You may NOT also enter the WD/MD or singles events if you choose to play in this gender-neutral doubles event. You may only choose to add the Saturday mixed event.

Youth gender-neutral doubles event for ages 11-17 on Friday (afternoon) Sept 19. Partner with your friend and challenge other kids in a fun competition event. You may NOT also enter the WD/MD or singles events if you choose to play in this gender-neutral doubles event. You may only choose to add the Saturday mixed event.

Format:

ALL Round Robin games/matches are win by 2.

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (1st & 2nd seeds to play Gold Match. 3rd & 4th seeds to play Bronze Match.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

Pickleball Is Great reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.

$15 Admin fee minimum for all withdrawals

If any event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund
