Thank you for supporting our annual club fund-raiser. We’re excited that you are considering to play in our 13th Annual Pickle Barrel! This year we will be doing a canned food drive and partnering with Clark County Food Bank who will be providing a food food barrel to collect food at the tournament. They will also provide a QR code for people who forget to bring food, but want to donate money.

And as an educational aside—all food donations come to our warehouse and are then distributed within 24-28 hours to our partner agency network of over 50 partners at 220+ distribution sites across the county. Additionally, we can stretch every dollar that’s donated by purchasing food at a discount, which can be meaningful for donors and often informs how they decide to give.

Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+. Age brackets will be determined following the close of registration, but will strive to be close to under 50, 50-59, & 60+ events. TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

• Even though DUPR is the only rating listed for public view, we are using DUPR only as a guideline. All rating systems have their pros and cons. Players will self-rate and we will use your tournament history as a determinant

• Please update your self-rating in your software profile before you register. You may only play up .5 from your self-rating

• If you feel that a player is playing out of their skill, please contact the tournament director. We will then evaluate tournament history and various ratings (including DUPR) to determine if a player/team needs to play at a different skill. Please be aware that this is a manual process and does not happen automatically

Payment is required to register – Early registration $55 + $15/event through Aug 14. Standard registration $65 + 15/event Aug 15-Sept 30. Beginning Oct 1st, late registration will be $75 + $15/event.

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7 or 8 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2.

Top 4 teams go to the playoff (Lead in matches are 1 to 15 with the Gold Match with the option of 2/3-11w/2 or 1 to 15. Bronze Match 1 to 15.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

If any event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be up to a 50% refund

Software service fees are not refundable, even if the tournament/event is cancelled.
